Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We have a mailing list you may join to tell you of new products and specials. The information is NOT used in any other way

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The 3Score, Inc secure software encrypts your personal information including your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Order information, including the credit card numbers, is retrieved by the staff at 3Score, Inc through a sercure web interface. We only retrieve this information to credit or delete orders. This interface challenges the user for a password, and then "expires" the session after ten minutes, requiring the user to login again. All communications during these sessions are encrypted again using SSL. No credit card numbers are ever sent via email, due to the fact that email is not secure.
